About Event

Istanbul Model Show is the official event of the Modeling Club Association, organized every year and open to the participation of modelers from all over the world.

“10th Istanbul Model Show” will be held on May 24-25, 2025 at Altunizade Mercure Hotel, Istanbul.

All modelers from Turkey and abroad, whether they are members of the Modeling Club Association or not, have the right to participate in the Istanbul Model Show competition and exhibition.

Models who have previously participated in model competitions organized by the Modeling Club Association but have not won an award may participate in the competition again.

Any model who has participated in competitions of other institutions may also participate in the Istanbul Model Show competition regardless of their success result.

The evaluation of the models participating in the competition will start at 15:30 on Saturday, May 24, 2025.

The responsibility of registering the models participating in the competition in the relevant category but in the desired class (STANDARD/HOBBY or MASTERS) belongs entirely to the competitor. Anyone can participate in the MASTERS class, however, modelers who meet one of the following criteria must participate in the MASTERS class.

• To have won at least three awards/ranks in the same main category (land, air, sea, etc.) in previous Scale Worlds Model Competitions.
• To register with a model that has undergone significant modifications without using commercial detail sets.

The responsibility for registering the models to be entered in the relevant category is entirely the responsibility of the competitor, and in the event of registration in the wrong category, the final decision for the location of the model belongs to the organizing committee. In the event of a category confusion, it is strongly recommended that the participant seeks assistance from the registration officers located in the competition registration area.

Models participating in the competition must be made by participating modelers. Models made by third parties can enter the competition on behalf of the person who made the model by stating the name of the person who made the model.
