REGISTRATION OF MODELS
Online registration will be done via the “Online Registration Form” link on the web address http://istanbulmodelshow.com . It is of great importance to make the registrations online in order to make the transactions fast. The participation forms of the participants who register online will be ready at the model delivery stage as in the previous competition. Participants who do not register online must fill out the participation form consisting of 3 (three) copies for each model at the model delivery stage.
The participation fee for the modeler is 400,- TL. The participation fee is for the modeler and the modeler can participate in the competition with any number of models he/she wants. The participation fee for the competition can be made to the Modeling Club Association bank account number specified below or against receipt at the registration desk.

Delivery of models will start on Friday, May 23 at 15:00 and will end on Saturday, May 24 at 13:30. Participants who register online will receive the Participation Forms belonging to their models from the officials, check them, sign them and deliver their models.
Models brought after 13:30 on Saturday, May 24, 2025 will not be able to participate in the competition and will be taken to the exhibition section.
The responsibility of registering the models that will participate in the competition in the relevant category but in the desired class (STANDARD/HOBBY or MASTERS) belongs entirely to the competitor. Anyone can participate in the MASTERS class, however, modelers who meet one of the following criteria must participate in the MASTERS class:
Having won at least three awards/ranks in the same main category (land, air, sea, etc.) in previous Scale Worlds Model Competitions.
Registering with a model that has undergone significant modifications without using commercial detail sets.
The responsibility for registering the models to be entered in the relevant category is entirely the responsibility of the competitor, and in the event of registration in the wrong category, the final decision for the location of the model belongs to the organizing committee. In the event of a category confusion, it is strongly recommended that the participant seeks assistance from the registration officers in the competition registration area.
The models participating in the competition must have been made by the participating modelers. Models made by third parties can enter the competition on behalf of the person who made the model by stating the name of the person who made the model.
* PARTICIPATION IN THE YOUTH CATEGORY IS FREE OF CHARGE.
* WORKS AND MODELS THAT ARE IN CONTRADICTION AND/OR INSULT PUBLIC CUSTOMS CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION OR EXHIBITION.
RETURN OF MODELS
The return time of the models is 17:30 on Sunday, May 25, 2025. Since it is necessary to give time to the guests who come to the organization as visitors to see the models, models will not be delivered before this time. Participants will present the relevant part of the registration forms given to them during registration to the hall staff and collect their models under their supervision. The names of the people who will collect the models on their behalf must be written on the registration form in advance.
The biggest complaint of the guests who came to visit the organizations held in previous years was not being able to see the models on display. Therefore, modelers who attend the organization from outside Istanbul or who have very special excuses can return their models immediately after the award ceremony, accompanied by the relevant staff, provided that they notify the staff during registration. Otherwise, the models will not be delivered before the specified time. The modeler is expected to show utmost sensitivity and understanding in this regard.
In order to avoid confusion in the competition hall, the packaging of the returned models will be carried out in a different area to be allocated. The Modelling Club Association is not responsible for models forgotten in the field after the event, and the model maker is responsible for any losses that may occur.
EXHIBITION REGISTRATION
Models that have won awards in previous Scale Worlds Model Competitions cannot participate in the competition part of the event again. However, these models can participate in the event for the purpose of being exhibited in the EXHIBITION section. In addition, if the wishes, he/she can participate only in the exhibition part and not in the competition. Modelers who want to participate only in the exhibition part should check the EXHIBITION box on the Registration Form. Since the priority is given to the competition models, the exhibition part is limited to the remaining space. Therefore, it is kindly requested that the exhibition models are registered in advance by specifying their dimensions. Limiting the number of modelers participating in the exhibition part is at the discretion of the organizing committee.
